Submission Rules Eligibility & Compare Grants
RDO/RAP Diversity Supplement: projects led (PI1 or PI2) by an under-represented minority (URM) investigator or including URM populations or biospecimens are eligible for the new RDO RAP Diversity Supplement which provides $2,000-$5,000 for up to five applications per cycle that score well and are funded through RAP.
The Diversity Supplement can only be awarded to faculty applicants but they can use the funds at their own discretion toward the aims of their proposal. Thus, they can use it "for fellows or students".
Note: Awardees of the "Under-Represented Faculty & Senior Fellows in Clinical and Translational Research Awards" RAP grant mechanism are not eligible for this diversity supplement.
