Ms. Smith is the Clinical Research Supervisor working directly with the Rabinovici Lab and the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. She works closely with both faculty and staff in monitoring operational issues, regulatory compliance and project development. Ms. Smith brings many years of experience in clinical and non-clinical trials across a variety of funding mechanisms and disciplines. Kathleen Tebb, Ph.D., is a developmental and health research psychologist whose research focuses on developing, evaluating, implementing, and disseminating evidence-based interventions to promote health equity among diverse and underserved adolescents, young adults, and their families. Her specific areas of study involve understanding and promoting factors that contribute to positive youth development, health behaviors, and resilience among adolescents and young adults, with an emphasis on sexual and reproductive health. With 10+ years of experience in public health and wellness, Aimée is passionate about driving key strategic and operational initiatives, as well as overseeing complex projects. In addition to her program management skills, she is proficient in leveraging various software programs, such as Epic, RedCap, Smartsheet, and Asana to create digital health tools for patients, conduct data analysis, and identify new opportunities for process improvement.
